Waiver
I understand this is a specialized activity in which my dog will do in the appropriate gear (a properly fitted back clip harness and 6ft leash) to ensure their safety.

Throughout the scavenger hunt I will not use aversive techniques to achieve objectives or correct behaviours with my dog – ie leash pops, harsh tones, pulling my dog onto obstacles.

Fees: I understand all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for the Scavenger hunt.

Photographs / Videos: I give permission for any resulting photographs or video containing images of my dog to be used for advertising, educational material, or promotional purposes.

Waiver: I understand and acknowledge that during any activity with my dog damage or injury to dog(s) and/or person(s) may occur especially in an activity that utilizes obstacles not originally intended for my dog to interact with. I am aware that regardless of training, handling, or environmental circumstances any dog is capable of biting or otherwise cause harm. In consideration of participating in this scavenger hunt activity, I agree to assume all risk of loss or injury, including death to myself and dependent(s) or damage to my property or the property of my dependent(s) while participating in the contest put on by Janilee Benell and the Paws-N-Relax. And hereby waive any right of action I may have had or may in the future lodge against Janilee Benell, her successors, assigns, staff, volunteers or agents whether acting in the scope of employment or not. I hereby waive for myself, my personal representatives and dependents all such claims or rights of action aforementioned that the undersigned or my personal representative and dependents may herein have against Janilee Benell and their successors, assigns, staff, volunteers, or agents. I have read, understand and agree to the terms and waiver.
